Dr. Liz Bigelow is a Family Medicine physician and longevity specialist dedicated to helping patients optimize their health, energy, and aging from the inside out. With a strong foundation in traditional medicine and advanced training in regenerative and metabolic therapies, she brings a practical, evidence-informed approach to modern longevity care.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Bigelow serves as Medical Director for multiple wellness and IV therapy practices, where she develops protocols focused on mitochondrial health, hormone optimization, nutrient therapy, and performance enhancement. Her work bridges the gap between conventional medicine and emerging therapies, translating complex science into clear, actionable strategies.
